Blasphemy and The Press

Click on the title to read my thoughts on whether we should make anti-blasphemy laws in the US.

Conclusion: I don't believe there should be an anti-blasphemy law.

Also, as you can see, I just started updating this blog again. I actually just reclaimed it from blogger to google.

Back in school

Yup, I'm a 2L now.

I have a rough lineup this semester, all required course. Here they are listed from hardest to easiest.

Constitutional Law
Evidence
Criminal Procedure

Professional Responsibility
Jurisprudence

thats 16 hours, 4 days a week. not a bad schedule, but con law is 2 hours long.

Its not as bad as 1L, not as much pressure, not as much calling on people. I would say it is more laid back.

My summer internship was great. I learned a lot, and hope it can be a stepping stone to something else.

SHould be interesting.

Now that I am free I will be concetrating on my blog more.

I had a disagreement with Google and their Advertising program, that it why I removed their stuff from my site. If they give in to my demands I might put them back on.
