The following took place Sept 9th 2005 in the class of Torts.

Prof: Mr. X, can you give us the facts of the next case.
Mr. X: Um, sir I haven't read, my car broke down ....
Prof: Ok, Mr. Alo, right behind Mr. X.
Me: Yes
Prof: Is that how you say it, ALO
Me: Yes, Alo sir.
Prof: Ok go ahead.
Me: Well, the plaintiff was an employee of NASA, and he was at hotel in a buffet line.....(Prof cuts me off)
Prof: No, not that case, the one before it.
(I look down at my book and see that we just discussed the one before it)
Me: Oh I'm sorry, I got the old edition of the book, I don't have that case in my book................

What are the chances of getting called on a case that you don't have in your old edition, the books are almost identical, this is prob the only case that's different.
