Well, here we go again. Another semester of law school, I can proudly say that I am now 1/6 of the way to my JD. Sounds like fun huh.

an interesting thing that happened in torts. About 5 mins before class was over, the professor calls on a very shy person in class to come upto the board to draw out the facts of the case. He has never done this before. After much reluctance, the person finally comes up to the front with her book.

As she is about to start, the professor puts up a slide on the projector, it was a picture of her and her fiance and a love song. He told her "we have a guest speaker today". her fiance walks in, walks upto the front of the class, tells her he loves her, drops down to one knee, pulls out a ring, and asks her to marry him. She REFUSES!!!!!!!...............................................

Ok just kidding, she didnt refuse, but put out her hand for the ring.

It would have been funny if the professor asked her to continue with drawing the facts on the board.
