Well Well Well,
I had an interesting day yesterday, the 29th.

We had a confusing 2 page case. No one knew what was going on, except me. So when the professor needed someone to explain it in broad, layman terms to everyone, who else would he call on but yours truly?

Ok, not really. The case was quite confusing, I really had no idea what was going on. The professor didn't call on me because he needed someone to explain it, he called on me because he wanted a good laugh. In fact when he called on me so I "can have something to update."

Obviously, my professor is one of my millions of distraught readers who are FED UP with my lack of updates and original material. I must say, to all my readers out there, I AM SORRY!!
The reason I don't update as much anymore is not because I don't love you all, nor that I am busy with 7 classes this semester, nor is it because I have a 30 pages appellate brief due in a week, and not because I have to do Oral arguments in front of some pretend judges that want to eat my heart out, nor is it that we have final exams in one month.

The reason is that I am convinced that anything I blog is not going to be more interesting than the log before it. You see, as a 1L, life does not get more exciting as it goes on. Quite the contrary, life gets more and more boring, and becomes way too routine.

Anyway, that's my update.
